we had an absolutely amazing stay in madrid so close to the metro, restaurants, parks and shops, gran via, close to metro and bus stations and tourist area such puerta del sol and plaza de mayor. had fast check-in too. it was magnificent in the heart of everything.

The host was incredibly welcoming and easily reachable on phone and Whatsapp, providing a sense of comfort and security. The well-equipped kitchen, with free wi-fi, flat-screen TV and daily garbage clearance, made our stay even more enjoyable. The prompt response and assistance received, even late at night, when setting up the baby's cot was highly appreciated. A huge bonus was the extra apartment provided free of charge, ensuring we all had ample space. an amazing stay with all necessities fulfilled. Highly recommended for a fantastic experience!

The hotel's decoration was lovely and had a warm and welcoming feel. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent, with ramps and elevators available for those who have difficulty walking.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff. The children working there seemed overwhelmed at times and could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I recently stayed at Smartrental Gran Via Apartments for a short trip to Madrid. The location was perfect, right on Gran Via with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. I especially appreciated having two bathrooms. The air-con and double glazing kept the noise from the busy street outside at bay. it was great value for money and I highly recommend it.

the location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the metro at Plaza de España. Being in the very center of the city meant that I was in close proximity to everything, including monuments, theaters, and great restaurants. the apartment itself was comfortable and had all the necessities I needed for my short stay.

The couches in the apartment were not very comfortable, making it a bit difficult to relax after a long day of exploring.
